Originally from the small town of Utrecht in the Netherlands, Tinlicker first gained attention with their remix of the song 'It's Only You' by Above & Beyond in 2013. Since then, they have remixed tracks for artists such as Deadmau5, Lane 8, and Reflekt, and have released music on respected labels including Anjunabeats and mau5trap. In 2018 Tinlicker released their debut EP on Anjunabeats, 'About You', which received critical acclaim and solidified their position as rising stars in the progressive house and trance genres.
